Will I have to pay additional fees to receive my order? Order outside of European union, may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Why does my tracking number not work? Most tracking numbers will be trackable within 24 hours of receipt of the email notification. If you received your tracking number and you’ve waited for 24 – 48 hours for your carrier to update their tracking information and still are not able to track your package, please contact us so we can sort it out together. Do you ship to freight forwarders? No, unfortunately, we do not ship to freight forwarders. Do you require a signature for delivery? Yes, we do require a signature for delivery. Do I have to be home at the time of delivery? If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order. What does the package look like? All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as QIUI toy EU via one of our regional shipping carriers. Which countries do we not ship to? China Can I change my shipping address? Please contact us to make changes to your shipping address. After sending the order, no changes can make. How can I change or cancel my order? Contact us to change or cancel your order; unfortunately, after shipping the order we can't change te order. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. What happens if my package was sent back? If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less the original shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by your carrier to return the package to our facility. Are duty fees included in the shipping price? Orders outside the European Uninion may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Unfortunately, we are not able to include these additional costs as a part of the total amount, as each country has its own duty and customs regulations. Can I return the product? Our items are a hygienic product and cannot be returned. It concerns products of a personal nature within the meaning of art. 6.3. of Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on consumer protection in distance contracts. The distance selling law provides for this exception to the right of withdrawal and is expressly included in our return conditions which are accepted by the consumer at the time of entering into the agreement. The customer is not entitled to a refund after items have been returned unilaterally and without prior permission.
